monobuild was founded in 2012 and has grown from doing minor renovations and maintenance, to building custom-designed homes, large-scale renovations, retail and commercial fit-outs, and complete landscape construction, including pools!

monobuild prides itself on being a Cleveland-based, boutique building and construction company that can handle a large scope of projects. We cater to homeowners directly, as well as architects, designers, and businesses alike.

Our aim, at monobuild, is to provide a streamlined service from concept through to completion, with one point of contact throughout the entire build process - our Managing Director, Mitch O’Brien. Trust us, there are a lot of questions to be asked throughout any project!
